All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders.

• FREE Shipping on orders over $40 (limited time only)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your socks every step of the way.

Local Pickup/Delivery
If you're local to Detroit, feel free to contact us directly. We may be able to arrange a meet-up or local delivery, depending on availability.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us—we’ll do our best to help resolve it.
